Budgie – the Welsh hard rock/heavy metal band. Cooper loves to rock out to their music. And she thinks their album cover art is fantastic.
Cooper would like the band to know she’s available as a muse/album cover model/video star.
Footie toys! This is (was) the “Star Munch” from Super Bird Creations. Cooper loves to nibble on it and drag it around. It’s also fun to drop over the side of a table/shelf and take away from Dewey if he’s playing with it.
So I bought two for the budgies, so they could each play with one. But whichever one Dewey is playing with is the one Cooper wants. Sigh.

Cooper loves the camera strap. It makes for great nibbling. The string that attaches the strap to the camera is especially nibbleworthy. She loves it so much that she’ll fly onto the camera to play with it – so many of my pictures end up looking like this.

This beautiful bowl (handmade by Cooper and Dewey’s friend, Steven) is perfect for snacking when the budgies are out of their cage – especially when that snack is millet.

Cooper (and Dewey) love Kleenex. It’s fun to tear it into little pieces and even make spit wads with it! Bonus points because it makes a mess.
Cooper (with a little help from Dewey) has made a lot of progress on the marshmallows.

Cooper loves her bird kabob. We call them her “Marshmallows”. They’re fun to shred and make such a wonderful mess!
