On February 8th, 2018 at 6:50 in the evening, my beloved Gari crossed the rainbow bridge. Words cannot express how sad I am about her. I noticed that she was on the floor of the cage, and was flapping her wings a bit. I picked her up and she looked at me and just stopped moving. I sat there with her for about half an hour, just holding her and bawling my eyes out. I’m still bawling
Oh no, poor little Gari. I am so, so sorry. I’ve enjoyed your comments about her and am so sad that you have to go through this loss. I know what it’s like to hold them in your hands in their last moments. It’s devastating losing such a beloved family member. I’m sure you gave her the best life, and I know she gave you great joy.
