Cooper’s SO beautiful! In a way, she looks a bit like Gari. Except Gari had a brown cere, not a light blue cere. Gari would NOT go out of the cage. She liked it in her cage.
Cooper started off as a young, only bird. We think that’s why she’s so adventurous, camera-friendly and likes to roam about. The other budgies are much more likely to stay in their “condo”, especially if the girls are there.
