Today we went to the Free Flight Exotic Bird Sanctuary‘s holiday toy drive.

We bought a toy for one of the resident birds (don’t tell Cooper) and became members.
I had a great time drinking hot chocolate and petting the birds. These three were very friendly.

Too funny hearing you say,”dont’ tell Cooper” that you bought a toy for another bird…That’s something I would say in your situation! So, now I’ll have to look up Free Flight Exotic Bird Sanctuary” to learn about it. That was so good of you to go in support (and, super thoughtful to bring the toy, so long as Cooper doesn’t end up finding out 🙂 I wish there were such a Sanctuary in my neck of the woods (Central New York). Thanks for sharing and for spreading the word about the Sanctuary!
