We were hoping it was just an iodine deficiency, but giving him aqueous iodine didn’t help. So, off to to the vet we went. Our vet suggested a possible testicular tumor.

Here is Ozzie in March. Aside from the brown cere, Ozzie appeared to be in perfect health. Very active, good appetite, etc.

Recently, we noticed that the brown in Ozzie’s cere has been receding. Here is a photo from today.

Another photo from today. We have no idea why the cere is returning to it’s normal blue color (hormones?). But we are thrilled. Hopefully, the blue will remain, we need our little Ozzie to stick around!
