William T. Cooper (born April 6, 1934)

William T. Cooper is an award winning artist. His paintings of birds have illustrated many books and are held in collections around the world. He prefers to work from real life, rather than photographs. He resides in north Queensland.

Pretty impressive (even though it’s not a blue budgie).
