We recently had some work done on the house. I was worried about toxic fumes, so we took the flock to a hotel while the work was being done.

Cooper decided to spend this Independence Day honoring the suffragettes who fought so hard to win women the right to vote. The US seems to be heading backwards, but we hope that by voting, we will one day truly be “the land of the free”.
