Zzzzz.
Tried to take a photo of all the budgies together last night. It’s not easy getting them in one spot, with all eyes open.
Especially when they decide they want to take a nap.
Emmy likes to sleep lying down. She’s a little nut.

I wanna be with you guys!
This is one of the ways Sido lets us know she wants out. Quietly hanging out in the corner of the cage (closest to the desk) and giving us the eye. Works every time.

The ending kills me (Sunny was fine).
This is why we can’t have cuttlebones*.
Cooper will immediately go into total budgie destruction mode. 
I had just finished vacuuming.
And this is the brand new toy – not 10 minutes from when I put it in. Budgies or beavers?
*Since we can’t do cuttlebones, the budgies get their calcium from calcium perches/ calcium kabobs and supplements.
Foraging

*Sido is only allowed to be out with the budgies only under supervision. And we usually don’t let them get this close.
New Toy – June
It’s the Fire Ring Bird Toy from Happy Beaks. I didn’t realize how big this toy was when I ordered it. But that’s good – our birds are supershredders.
