Today marks the 14th anniversary of Cooper’s blog.
We brought Cooper home in August 2011. It didn’t take long to realize what a special little budgie she was, so I decided to share her photos and adventures on her blog – and later on Facebook and Instagram (@cooperkeet).
Sido, Marvin and Tippi are doing their best to carry on the feathery fun.

Lately, I’ve been hearing noises after I tuck the birds in and turn out the light. When I go back to see what’s going on, Marvin is hanging upside down. Does he think he’s a bat? Is he telling us to hang in there? Or is he just a little nut? I give him a kiss and help him back to his perch so he can try again. Hmm… maybe he just wants a second good night kiss!
