New Toy – April
This is a toy I put together. I bought the vine balls (a budgie favorite) at the bird store – the rest is recycled parts from previous toys. The toy was a big hit. There was even some squabbling over who got to play with it first.
The lovebirds – Sunny and Dewey.
Sunny (who is doing well in the cage with the others – but still isn’t allowed to be in there unsupervised).
Ozzie.
Cooper.
New Toy – January
This is the “Bead Skirt Bird Toy” by All Living Things, but we call it the “Octopus”.
It’s become a favorite “couch” toy.
The amazing Takara Tomy Manekko P-chan Talking Parakeet!
It’s what all the (cool) kids want for Christmas this year!
The P-chan comes programmed with some Japanese phrases and you can record up to 7 phrases of your own for it to repeat back to you.
The green bird (Morippi) is a bit of a comedian and will entertain you with the occasional Japanese pun.
The pink bird (Ohanappi) is a bit of a diva.
The blue bird (Sorappi) is a romantic and may surprise you with an unexpected declaration of love.
