It’s our newest addition! She’s a re-homed budgie I saw on Craigslist. I’ll get some better photos of her when she’s settled in a little. And of course, she needs a name.
Now our flock is complete!

Lucky little budgies
The budgies got a package from their friend john. Inside were toys and treats!
An überpiñata! It takes Dewey a little time to warm up to (aka: not be scared of) a new toy , so only Cooper is pictured.
A disco ball! Now the budgies can get down and shake their booties.
A whole package of millet!
Little Yettobenamed also chowed down. And today just happens to be john’s birthday, so Happy birthday john! You’re the best!
Introducing Dewey!
This little cutie is the reason Cooper was trying so hard to get out of her cage. Dewey had been in another room under quarantine for 30 days. They recently met and now Cooper wants to be with him all the time.
Dewey is still a little shy and tentative.
But he’s coming along nicely.
