I entered Ozzie in the San Diego Humane Society “Make Your Pet a Pin-Up” contest. We adopted Ozzie from the animal shelter in October 2012, so he would be a perfect candidate for their calendar!

Donations will be supporting vital programs and services including the receiving and adoption of animals, education programs, humane law enforcement, Pet-Assisted Therapy in hospitals and health care facilities, and more.

Little Ozzie had a great time in the bath today. I hope it took his mind off of all those pinnies coming in.
Silly Ozzie?
Ozzie didn’t really do anything silly this week. But he was cute and adorable (as always). Here are some pictures of him eating his favorite food – lettuce!

Ozzie recently took his first bath. He loved it! The budgies are pretty good at taking turns (well, they do squabble a bit). But the tub is tiny – a bigger one is definitely in order.

He also got to feast on millet and Romaine lettuce (organic). Ozzie is crazy about Romaine lettuce. He’ll eat all of his share and if Cooper or Dewey have any left, he’ll eat that, too.
